QUALITY ASSURANCE:

We adhere and review checklists for every project throughout the production process.

Quality Assurance Checklist:

Control Panels, PLC Controllers, Pneumatics

All different currents segregated or separated as needed.
Check proper wire size for different Amp ratings.
Check all circuit breakers for proper Amperage, per schematics.
All circuit breakers checked for proper function.
All fusing meets schematic requirements.
All different voltages are properly color coded, per requirements.
All terminal blocks sized appropriately.
Check all power supplies for proper wiring and current.
Check that all PLC cards are properly installed and wired. (If PLC Controller is installed.)
Any/All Fan units installed and operating correctly.
Exterior Cooling Devices are properly gasketed and secured.
Pneumatic devices properly tubed.
Ensure Air Filter is properly installed.
Ensure all Air Regulators are properly installed.
All necessary warning labels are correctly placed.
Complete continuity check performed.
Ensure overall appearance is clean and dirt free.

Quality Assurance Checklist:

Disconnect, Motor Starter, VFD Panels

All Contactors rated for designated Motor Voltage and HP.
All Overloads rated for proper FLA
Field Terminal Blocks rated for proper FLA. (If overloads are tied to terminal blocks.)
All fusing properly sized for contactor protection and field motor protection.
VFDs sized to meet field motor, HP phasing, and FLA.
VFDs properly protected with correct fusing.
Disconnect is properly sized to meet overall voltage and horsepower.
Disconnect handle properly installed.
All disconnect linkages work properly. (Including lockout device and disconnect defeater.)
Transformer wired per stated voltage on schematics. (Both primary and secondary.)
All wiring properly sized per Amp ratings listed on schematics.
All duct wires are cleanly placed.
All necessary warning labels are correctly placed.
Exterior Cooling Devices are properly gasketed and secured.
Complete continuity check performed.
Ensure overall appearance is clean and dirt free.
